My Favourite Studios in Southwestern Ontario… So far.

The amazing thing about brand photography is that it can be done anywhere.

That being said… there’s so many things to take into account when choosing the location for your Branding Shoot and, if I’m being honest, price isn’t the most important one.

I’m all for saving money and getting a good deal on something, but when you’re already investing your money and time into getting Branding Pictures done, you want to make sure you’re also investing in the right backdrop.

Some things you want to consider when choosing a studio are..

  • Does it match the vibe you’re going for?

  • Does it have a good amount of natural light?

  • Is it reputable?

  • Does it have blank walls/backdrops (if that’s something you’ll be needing)?

  • What current setups does it have and do you like them?

  • Can you play music? (Yes, music is more important that pricing imo.)

  • Pricing.

Studios are an amazing way to get a ton of variety without having to move around too much. They’ll also often have creative seasonal setups mixed in with their standard ones AND most will have some basic props and needed furniture like a desk.

Here is a list of 6 Photography Studios in Ontario that I’ve worked in or dreamed of working in that would be perfect for your next Branding Photoshoot!

My Take on Sunroom: This studio is a personal favourite of mine. It’s probably the one my clients have picked the most. The people who run it are fantastic and so easy to work with for booking. The natural light is great any time of day, the setups are beautiful and Pinterest-worthy and it’s such a unique space - it would help your pictures to stand out from the crowd anytime.

My Take on West Haus: This studio is the second most used studio for my clients. It’s got an office setup with a stunning brick wall for the background and also a huge room with a couch and multiple setups. They also consistently have some sort of creative theme going on in their studio like dangling flowers or an autumn themed arch.
