I did what any normal parent would do 🤷🏻‍♀️

spill the tea - Blog Version

When my emotionally intuitive 4-year-old started school in September, she made it crystal clear - school was not her thing. She’d much rather stay at home with me, which is adorable…until she’s hiding under the table at drop-off.

One morning, after a particularly tough moment, I did what any normal parent would do… I made something up. I told her:

“You have a brave muscle right next to your heart. And every time you do something uncomfortable, it gets stronger. The stronger it gets, the easier things become.”

Just like that, her perspective changed. She started seeing facing her challenges as a way to grow stronger.

It’s the same with you and your business.

Whether it’s launching a new service, showing up on IG stories, or selling to your audience - every time you step outside your comfort zone is an opportunity to grow. The more you flex that brave muscle, the easier things become.

Growth doesn’t happen inside your comfort zone.

It’s time to flex your brave muscle. The more reps you put in, the stronger you’ll get and your business will grow as a result.

So, what’s testing your brave muscle right now?
