20 ways to use your new brand photos

Okay, so you decided to invest in beautiful, unique brand photos for your business… now what?

Well, in order for it to have been an investment you need to see some kind of return on that investment, which probably means you see more sales and business growth as a result.

The only way that’s going to happen is if you use your brand photos to their fullest potential. You probably already have some amazing ideas for them, but here’s 20 more to add to your list.

  • Instagram Profile Pic (your audience loves a clear picture of the person behind the brand)

  • Instagram Posts (do an About Me post, or a “here’s how you can work with me”)

  • Instagram Reels (make a slideshow with text explaining what’s happening in the photos)

  • Instagram Stories (use one of your detail pics with text to tell your audience what behind the scenes work you’re doing on your business today)

  • LinkedIn Profile (replace the picture you found of yourself from some cousins wedding 8 years ago)

  • Business Cards (a lot of people are doing this nowadays)

  • Email Lists (personalize your next newsletter or use a photo as your new sign off)

  • Blog Posts (this in itself is Exhibit A)

  • Website (put those babies all over your website so people know who you are and what it looks like to work with you)

  • Pricing Guide (you can show people how they can work with you now while showing your prices)

  • Brochures (if you’re a brick and mortar business you can make brochures that actually show your business instead of stock photos)

  • Courses and Webinars (I’ve seen a ton of these, and you can always tell who’s using stock and who’s using brand photos, I’m biased but I like the brand photos)

  • Thank You Cards (I’m a big fan of Thank You cards as an added touch in business, now you can make them personal)

  • Mix it up in Canva (Canva is amazing for mixing up your photos so you can get even more use out of them)

  • Guest Speaker Headshots (this might not be something you dream of in your business, but if you’re guest speaking at a conference they post your face all over the place)

  • Podcast Cover (I rarely see a podcast cover where the host’s face is not on it with some cool background)

  • Guest Podcast Speaker (so the host on the podcast you’re speaking on can advertise your episode)

  • PDF Downloadables (you know the ones you can sell or use as freebies for your email list)

  • Printed Materials (some people still have to print things for their business)

  • Pinterest (Pinterest loves when you post new pictures)

There you have it, 20 ideas of the top of my head but I’m sure we could think of more.

What I’m trying to say is, the possibilities are endless and when used to their full potential your brand photos can give you an incredible return on investment.
